Project Description
You will help design and implement high-quality websites and landing experiences used by global audiences. Work includes building reusable components, establishing design tokens, integrating headless CMS content models, setting up analytics and event tracking, and improving page speed and accessibility. The goal is to ship elegant, maintainable code that scales across brands and locales.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Convert Figma designs into responsive, accessible pages and components with pixel-aware fidelity.
Optimize performance using code-splitting, image pipelines, and critical-path CSS to improve Core Web Vitals.
Implement structured data, metadata, and clean URL strategies to enhance organic search visibility.
Integrate headless CMS content models and authoring workflows; document usage for non-technical teams.
Add unit and end-to-end tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain clear changelogs and release notes.
Deliver well-scoped pull requests that meet acceptance criteria, include rollback plans, and adhere to brand and accessibility guidelines.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Foundation in web fundamentals, HTTP, browser rendering, and responsive design.
Portfolio, internship experience, or open-source contributions demonstrating attention to detail and accessibility.
Nice to have: experience with internationalization, motion design, analytics instrumentation, A/B testing, and basic security hardening for public sites.
Certifications are welcome but not required.

Time Commitment or Working Window
Approximately 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling; core collaboration windows target late morning to late afternoon UTC. Occasional planned releases may require brief overlap outside core hours.
Payment Terms
Monthly salary with an annual review and performance bonus. For contractors, milestone-based deliverables with biweekly invoicing and net-15 payment terms.
