Project Description
The Software Architect will design and oversee the development of scalable systems tailored to enterprise requirements. The role requires translating business objectives into technical specifications and ensuring that the resulting systems are both effective and adaptable to future needs.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include drafting architectural blueprints, mentoring development teams, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards. Deliverables include architecture documentation, integration plans, and review reports to validate system performance.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields is strongly preferred. Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure add value. Experience in leading design workshops or working with cross-functional teams will strengthen candidacy, though entry-level applicants with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Daily work will involve cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, with supporting tools including Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
Language Requirement
English is the primary language for communication and documentation. German language skills are considered an advantage but not required.
Communication Style
The team communicates via Slack and Microsoft Teams, with Jira used for project management and Zoom for sprint reviews and client consultations.
Time Commitment or Working Window
Approximately 40 hours per week, with required overlap between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM CET for team collaboration.
Payment Terms
Employees are paid monthly, with performance evaluations and salary reviews conducted annually.
